The second "2025 6vi Global Artists Collaborative Poster Exhibition," after six months of preparation, is co-curated by 31 curators from 12 countries, including Xin Liang (China), Jin Yanguang (China), Viridiana Mendoza (Mexico), Abiha Mahdia Bangash (Pakistan), Damian Scaglia (Italy), Irina Salimova (Azerbaijan), Wang Hanbing (China), Sang Sangtian (China), Lesly Pierre Paul (Haiti), and Adam Shi (Singapore), and more.
Notably, this year we received strong support from several UN officials, including the Chair of the UN Earth Group (Cameroon) and the Chair of the UN Poverty Alleviation Group (Serbia). With their support, we developed a deeper theme for this year's poster exhibition—"My Mother is an Alien." Through this theme, we hope to evoke respect and pride for mothers among artists worldwide, while conveying the message of protecting the Earth and cherishing life. Whether it's animals, trees, or the Earth itself, we are all the shared "mother" of life on this planet. We hope to use the power of art to call on the world to protect our planet and pray for world peace.
This year, a student group was added. Twenty-six art students aged 5 to 17 from China, Italy, Azerbaijan, Russia, Côte d'Ivoire, Pakistan, Haiti, and Indonesia participated in the poster creation. These posters are also exhibited alongside those by adult artists.
From September 26 to October 31, 2025, 312 posters with different styles but the same theme, created by 271 artists from 47 countries and regions, will be exhibited simultaneously in five sub-exhibition areas in China, Mexico and Pakistan.
